The frustrated face of the feline brood
mangy thread bare fur
Who saunter passed the veggie store
and give a tell tale purr
They are after scraps of fish or meat
to supplement their fayre
But this mushroom wheat based soya meat
only gets a glare
They can smell a good aroma, and they get into the bins
Very fragile very thin I see them licking tins
But gluten meat from China to a Melakan carnivore
Is probably as acceptable as the tins of paint next door
So these Melakan pussies deftly wander passed
hopeful some one gives them something nice and does it fast
