The Golden Child

I met the Golden Child today
She struck me as a little ray
Of sunshine, really shining bright
Brightening up the Cooks Delight

You could feel, her energy
Everywhere for all to see
Those big blue eyes
were so aware
Of everything around her there

I met the Golden Child Today
in pink she was and she did say
My name is Ame thats my name
Clearly thats her claim to fame

The Archangel, St Michael she
Seems to know him personally
I was overcome with awe
St Michael,really are you sure!

The Prince of Angels, really you
Know him, wow! what would I do
To know him, can you tell me where
I can meet him and just share

A little time, with him, can you?
Introduce me, I'll be true
She looked at me still very bright
Of course Mr Cooks Delight

barbie suddenly came to mind
the doll that lots of children find
adorable and I agree
Though I never had a real barbie

The Golden Child came in today
Truly was a little ray
Of sunshine warming this old heart
After the really frosty start

(Thanks for coming in Ame and introducing me
to the Archangel Michael)
