Domesticating animals
Does sound brilliant
People do make money
lots of dosh!
but this form of migration
is hardly our salvation
for diseases come
to all of us
And so it does not wash

Cows and Sheep
brought Measles
which has killed 200 million
quite a cost in Human Misery
Small Pox came from Camel Pox
Pigs brought
Whooping Cough
Chickens brought us Typhoid Fever
Ducks brought Flu for free

And now its Ostrich, Emu, Deer
and what are we to do
Their pandemics will arrive
Really thats my view

And to Certify is not the way I tell you
Destroy their wildness
That is not the way
The Soil Association thinks it knows a thing or two
And farms Organic Salmon
come what may
Disease is coming
Remember now who told you this
The wildest creatures
must now never be
in farmyards and exploited
Or our brief time on earth
Will diminish in a nutshell rapidly
