Once again outside
its snowing
not much, just
some snow thats all
a grey sky
and some scraggly branches
On beyond and over high

that plastic bag
looks kind of bird like
sculptured by the wind
and rain
it could just be
mistaken for
a dove now
sitting
I can see it once again

Possibly twas made in China
shipped across the ocean
where
it took a
bag of supermarket
products filled with
true despair

home of course and then
discarded and left to
find a course it knew
the wind was gentle
it blew it skywards
and it ended up
drenched in the dew

tangled on that tree
a place where
birds came they could
shelter now
it actually resembles
something
far more natural
which might wow

the innocent
the Poet fellow
who watched it
shape change
every day
it now resembles
a slim pigeon
with its long tail
green and grey
