Bhopal revisted

A quarter of a century and America appears
To have somehow lost touch with Bhopal
They have not been there for years
Yes the slums were all around the plant
And the ultimate price they paid
And still to this day the rotten filth
lies where it has laid
For over a quarter century, the wretched picture there
Is one of constant torture, of evil and despair

And where are those American's?
They have upped and gone
Caught the first plane out of there
Though its gone on and on
Infecting people
Causing, birth abnormalities
This is what the evil did
But few could hear their plea's

But now I hear indictments
Are coming, on the way
At least 8 of those bastards
Who thought they got away
With what was just an awful crime
Great clouds of toxic gas
That crept across them as they slept
and slaughtered them en masse
