Bottled Beauty

To be beautiful these days is dangerous
Young Lassies I warn you beware
Nails with oil paintings resins and ketones
Watch out what they'll do to your hair
Make up its toxic, its awesome
solvents to poison the soul
agents to give an impression
are digging us into a hole
Anti microbial products
Formaldehyde they are out there
it may be in Latin
but whilst I've been chatting
Molly once Ginger's now fair
Lists and lists,abbreviations
Coal Tar and Acetone rules
Letters that fill up the labels
Some really seem off the walls
irritants some carcinogenic
and all you were hoping for was
Beauty that's what you shelled out for
But its so unlikely because
Beauty's skin deep thats the measure
Be selective about what you buy
Go to a place that you know you can trust
Don't buy on the cheap
You know why!
