Dugongs

Okinawa has a few nice Dugongs
But a US Military Base there wants to grow
They couldn't care a blooming less for anything
Infact it seems that no one wants to know

The web of Life includes the precious Dugong
Imagine making one, it wouldn't be
Easy, it took God a lot of years I hear
And the Yanks could put the boot in tragically

A Dugong has as much right to the place they live
For aeons they have been a peaceful breed
Who can really say that of the Americans
I hope the blooming Dugongs do succeed
